A Bereavement Support Program

Grief can have a profound effect on the body, mind and spirit causing us to feel fragmented and isolated. Using gentle asana (physical poses), pranyama (breath) and meditation, we can begin to mend the mind-body connection shattered through the experience of loss.

While grief follows a different path for everyone, you are not alone. Become a part of this very special community and experience the profound healing energy by connecting with others through yoga.

Special group and private arrangements can be made to tailor the program to fit specific group needs and demographics. Please contact Nancy for additional information and scheduling availability.
