Connecting Through Yoga
A Bereavement Support Program
Grief can have a profound effect on the body, mind and spirit causing us to feel fragmented and isolated not only from ourselves, but those in our lives. Using gentle asana (physical poses), pranyama (breath), and meditation we can begin to mend the mind-body connection shattered through the experience of loss. Within this supportive and nurturing environment individuals more deeply connect with themselves while at the same time, being surrounded by others that, too, are on similar journey.
While grief follows a different path for everyone, it is not necessary to travel alone. Become a part of this very special community and experience the profound healing energy by connecting with others through yoga.
Special group and private arrangements can be made to tailor the program to fit specific group needs and demographics. Please contact Nancy for additional information and scheduling availability.
All Connecting Through Yoga programs require registration. Registration is done directly through Nancy.
